Sometimes it does help if you talk to him directly instead of the usual mail communication. If it is possible you can try raising the issue to him or her directly. If he would not listen to your plea especially that it’s getting cold and nothing’s happening, you can ask for help here at RPA through their complaint center of you can ask for legal aid from you nearest lawyer.
