		<description><![CDATA[Hello Ace! It&#039;s not very clear if the issue got fixed or not. But it seems here that the issue was fixed and you are too late to even do anything. You can always try to file a complaint  against your landlord. The RPA has a complaint center that can do this for you(http://www.rentalprotectionagency.com/complaint_center.php). They will try and mediate so that hopefully the landlord retracts the eviction. Now Here&#039;s what you should have done: You should have had a paper trail, document everything: Notice stating that he needs to fix the broken window, rat coming in and living in your stove, etc. Because in this case, you might not have strong evidence if the landlord goes to court regarding your eviction. Remember that he does have a &quot;WRITTEN&quot; 60 day notice.]]></description>
