What doesn’t make sense to me is he can come during to day when no one is home but he waits. What should i do??? What is my tenants right to privacy? I dont fel like I have any!!

I’m not sure how this works, but if someone could please enlighten me. I have read over the my lease agreement and the lease does not specify what day my landlord will file for eviction, if rent is not paid. PLEASE HELP. Thanks

So my landlord was forclosed on and the property went to the bank. I talked with the bank and they refused to give me any information. So I decided I would wait for an offical notice to vacate. Yesterday, I got a notice that the property was going up for sale at an auction in 10 days. I am so confused, do I have to vacate before the auction date, do I wait hear from the new owners, or do I have a certain amount, by law, to vacate. I have not received any notice addressed to this issue. All I have seen is a notice saying the property was going into forclosure and a notice about the auction date. I just don’t want to come home to my belongings on the front lawn. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
