I have mice and want to break my lease.

I just moved into an apartment and am having major mice issues.

the landlord was responsive at first but is seeming to ignore me now, can I break my lease?

yes you can. the landlord has 14 days to remedy the situation, or you can be out the door. it is unsanitary, andan unsafe environment.

what if they put down traps and you still see live mice running around? Can you still break the lease?
