My situation… what should i do?

for the last 6months to a year I have contacted my landlord in the follow regards. my bathroom sink wont drain, the toilet is not bolted to the floor and the water flow faucet is (behind toilet) leaking…. lower part of the shower the tiles are coming off as well as the protective lining is coming off… and starting to turn black, black mold in the house and when you cook in the oven or on the stove top it smells like mouse urine…
