30 days notice…

Hello…my daughter just moved into an apartment in Los Angeles and I just now (i know my bad) typed in the address into google and found that there is a bed bug registy complaint.  If she finds bedbugs (i just purchased all new furniture for her as she is a high school graduate going to college) can she give her 30 day notice and leave that building?  My kids have never been brought up around that garbage and i cant even sleep just thinking about it.  I just moved her in 08/22/2010
