New Foreclosure Alert Program for Renters

I just learned of this great new program for renters. This company monitors your property for a small fee of $39.95 per year and informs you by email when a foreclosure, or bankruptcy filing is made against your rental. It’s really great! I know what’s going on before I give up my hard earned money.
