want to leave

I rented a couple of monts ago. The place was not ready and we had to wat three more days and go to a hotel. We had to fight to get them to take responsibility for the moving company. They gave us a dirty apartment and every time I need someone to come to repair something they are unresponsive. Also The security doors are unlocked all the time. This place is hell. What are my rights? Ivana
