Refuse Heat & Electric Assistance forms to the disabled

I’m recently Disabled due to a brain tumor, need State Assistance.  Recieved documents from State Offical for the Landlord to fill out so I could recieve assistance for fuel, I am currently out of fuel for heat and cannot afford it without aid. The Landlord refused to fill out the forms as I’m being Evicted but the hearing on the merits is not for 20 more days.  Temperature falls below 40 degrees in October here in New Hampshire.

This is a HUMAN RIGHTS ISSUE get ahold of your state rep or go online and find it in your city – this is BS
You are to demand REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS + BLATANT DISCRIMMINATION

Disability Discrimination
Both New Hampshire law and federal laws protect persons with disabilities against discrimination under certain circumstances.
