Hallway safety regulations/requirements
By Colleen Maratea
Hi my name is Colleen and I am a paralegal student researching saftey regulations required by a renter to tenants reguarding hallways, especially in senior living. In the state of Illinios, what does the law require from the renter or apt. management to the tenant as far as railings, lighting, stairs, if elevators must be provided, etc.?
