Do I continue to pay rent?
By Raina
I just moved into a guest house, and I was visited by a city inspector, he let me know the owners will be notified to comply to put the house back into a single family residence and I have to move out. Do I continue to pay rent? The landlord has already spent my security deposit.

Why don’t you just move out after the security deposit has been spent as a payment for unpaid rent? |
