Terminating a month a month lease vs. 60 required by year lease
By Carten
My lease was for a year and ended June 2010. I have been renting on a month to month basis for 6 months since. I gave my landlord a thirty day notice of when I want to move out however he responded and said that my lease says 60 days. Am I bound to the lease that says 60 days or the 30 days since it also says I rent on a month to month basis?

Nothing can go wrong if you’ll follow what’s in your lease. It’s a signed agreement between you and the landlord. |
