False noise complaints

We have been leaving on this complex for 2 yrs. It used to be a great place to be (hight standars to meet and hight price $ to leave there. now standarts and price are very low. We live in the 3rd floor unit, for 2 yrs we had zero noise complains for the tenants down stairs, but the new naighbor she moved 3 weeks ago we had about 8 complains for just walking in our own aparment but the last one last week she caled the office about 1:15 PM and complain about music and TV too loud, here is the reason for this upsetting situation, we weren’t home at the time of this complaint, so we whent to the office the same day of the complain and arguee w/the manager and she question our argument.now we got a letter from the office last night acusing us of disturbing and so many complains 1 more comp. we had to go. what can I do?
