Rescind 30 day notice
By mimi
I want to rescind my 30 day notice to vacate; however my apartment complex is saying they have rented my apartment. The new tenant was offered another apartment but refused it. I am no longer moving to another state and must remain in Virginia. The leasing office is saying I must move by my date I provided 1 March.
