can my landlord evict me without proof for allowing someone to stay with me if the lease does say no subleasing for any reason

There’s really nothing to evict you of in that case. However if it’s against your lease, think again. It’s trouble for you. Better ask your landlord about it so you two can come up with a better solution. |
