Landlord towed my car.

My landlord towed my non-running vehicle without any notice. He removed my belongings from all but the trunk since he did not have the keys. I managed to recover most of my possesions from where he had dumped them. What recourse to I have in regards to the vehicle and what he did with my belongings?

Landlord towed my car.

My landlord towed my non-running car without notice. He also removed my possesions from all but the trunk since he does not have the keys. I managed to recover most of my belongings from where he had dumped them. Including quite a few of them from a trash pit. What recourse do I have in regards to this situation?
