what can you do to get my manager to do something about these bad neighbors.I told him and he did nothing.i also have lived here less than a year and i have received 20 letters about wanting to come in there has been no peace here what so ever.and thats not what are lease promises.Also we were not told that they had a key to are apartment it does not say that anywhere in our lease.The maintance man has been seen going in and out of our home by neighbors.What can i do.And what can you help me do!

Google “Landlord-Tenant laws” in your state. Read the “Landlords Obligations” and see what your rights are. I would change the locks, and make sure the front office has your updated phone number so if they need to get in, they can call you to set up a time.
