ok i moved in on july 1st the back door lock the landlord has been fixing for at least 5 days  and since day one i told himt he  air was not working he keeps telling me becuase of how hot it is  it isnt going to cool down     i have had 5 people tell me this little house should not be 85 inside so yesterday i talk to him again   and he says he will get someone out to look at it but they are busy  the heat index is 115 outside  and then told me he would buy a windows air   and said he called 5 places noone has any  but i call and found one onthe first call . i have not signed a lease can i give him a 30 day notice and   get my  deposit back?  help
