Am I financially responsible or is my landlord for a mole problem?
By JC
We have a little mole problem – and have received an email from our landlord offering to split the cost of an exterminator. I would think that is would be in the best interest of the property owner to remove the moles………….. and not something I would be financially responsilble for. And adivice would be appreciated.
