Problem with occupancy
By nancy
I am a renter in Nassau county, NY. Currently, I live with my husband. My parents are coming from abroad to visit us for three months and would be staying with us. Howver, my landlord has indicated he is not happy with that. Can he legally prohibit us from keeping our parents in our house, as my lease does mention that the apartment cannot be occupied by more than two persons.
