4th time treating bed bugs

this is the 2nd time theyve sprayed and the 3rd time they have treated for bed bugs and they are still here. i didnt pay this months rent because of the issue and they are threatening to evict for non payment of the rent, but i havnt seen any results from the treatment. ive had to throw away a 4800 bed and move my belongings, wash my clothes repeatedly, and dry them, but they are not compensating me for anything? what do i do?
