Termite problem in rental w/o disclosure
By Nev
Hello everyone,
I’m renting a duplex and just found out there is a termite problem. The landlord did not disclose it. What are my legal rights and is the landlord responsible for relocating me at her expense till problem solved?
Thank you,
Nev
