Bee hive and swap ness

Me and my family room to a nice apartment and everything was going fine until. We got a swap ness in our back porch  that just nich away from our back door  we called the office to let them know about the ness  . The office said we have to wait for the end of the month for them to take care of it .  The swaps ness is getting bigger and we can use our BBQ . What can I do please help any one
