Renter
By Concerned
Joint tenant agreement. 4 tenants. Can a landlord allow another occupant, tenant, subtenant without consenting original tenants? There was no notification to 3 if the tenants. Can he do this? Is the joint tenant lease agreement breached? If he can do this, how is the liability handled for any damage the new occupant creates. How do we protect ourselves ?
