Question about pro-rated rent and if I have to pay
By john
The landlord of the apartments I will be moving to is charging me for a full month of rent this month. They will not have the apartment ready till 07/05/12, but they are making me pay for the full months of rent. Am i legally responsible to pay rent for days I did not occupy a apartment or should it be prorated.
