bait and switch

Apartment complex told me i was getting a certain apartment with a fireplace that cost extra, but after signing lease and going to inspect the apartment, there is no fireplace. They then said they made a mistake and the arartment I was promised is no longer available, so I have to take the lesser apartment. Do I have a complaint?
