Judgment
By Can an old landlord do this?
I wanted to know if in the state of NC know if a past landlord took you to court for rent before your 30 days of being late and while in court you had the money in cash to pay but he refuses to take it and then later decides to put a judgment on your credit report is that legal or can i dispute it especially if i get the documents when the judge said she will write it down that the landlord refuse the money?
