forclosure
By Amy
My house that i live in and have lived in for 15yrs is being forclosed. My parents are the actual owners. We did a lease back when we bought this place. I am needing to know my rights as a tenant… How long will i have to move once the house goes to the auction…. if the bank buys it back… then how long do they have to give me to move out?? can i keep renting from the bank??
Thanks,
Amy
