Is it necessary for landlord to do a walk through when resinging a lease?
By nal0107
We are resigning our lease for the second time. The first time the land lord came to do a walkthrough, she didn’t take photos or write anything down, just looked around. We are resigning again and she is wanting to do another walk through. Is this necessary?
