Yellling and Screaming
By Andy
I live in a twnhouse and some newer tenants just moved in. The walls are thin and can usually hear our neighbores quite a bit. Well this neighbor is completely silent all day which is nice. However, from 7:30am to 11:30pm there is a woman who is yelling and screaming over and over again, I also heard her say, "Please Help me!" . I am not sure if she has a mental problem or if she is in real danger. I notified my landlord and they told me if I hear anything again to call the Police. Would it be overkill to call the police on them?
