sub lease landlord evicting for untrue reason

my roomate subleased the house we both live in I am the subrenter she moved into the house we share. I have not signed a lease agreement twith the landlord who actually rents the house. she knows I rent the house along with my roomate. now my roomate is sayi.g she will evict me in 24 hrs. and say that I am running a drug house which is untrue. what r my options. the lanlord has my personal information but has not made me sign a lease and I have lived here for 1 yr. how can I keep from being thrown out.
