immediate possession predatory landlord

I contracted on Feb 1 2013 to pay 850 per month x 120 months. 3000 up front. ALL rent has been on time or early. Had an emergency JUNE 2013 and informed LL I would be paying late but would include late fee. June 19th I recieved an immediate possession / request to keep 3000 for damages with a court date of June 26. (4days before my disability check hits my bank) What can I do? Indiana
