Roommate transfer without consent?
By Transfer, assign, not sublet
My lease specifies that Resident may transfer or reassign lease with consent from the Owner. Right after it says in blod: Subletting is not permitted. My roommates reassigned with consent from the owner behid my back without my knowledge or conset. Since they had to sign a nee lease with my name on it, is my consent necessary for these new rommates to move in
