eviction and refusing my rent when my lease isnt up

Well my situation is,the pool just opened up for the summer they didnt send out any rules,nuthing in writing about what we can and cant wear exect for no thong.i didnt have on a thong but i had on some shorts .and they can be a voilation and then i tried to talk to them n the disrespected me by calling me trash in front of my kids and they wrote me an eviction ….saying i didnt pay rent and some more things.But on my lease that i signed june 21 2013 ,which means i have anoth month basically they refusing my rent n kicking me out when i didnt give them a 30 day notice saying i was leaving but they trying to make it seem like i didnt pay when im trying to and corporate not answer the phone this is at the woodlands apartment in fort worth tx
