Hazardous QT- thunder -24 ozone generator used

RIVERSTONE RESIDENTIAL/ Oasis Palms in Las Vegas used a QT – THUNDER 24 ozone generator inside my apartment. They didn’t follow manufacturer instructions.   The apartment had a strong chlorine smell.  It damage my furniture and now I have dyspnea and asthma plus had a miscarriage. 

I broke my lease.  Was given a  5 day notice bout 10 hours later….
Filed an answer with the court.    Riverstone didnt Respond. The eviction was dismissed in June 2014.   Then in August 2014 Riverstone/Oasis Palms posted on my credit 11 times on 11 different days damaging my credit.  
Now isn’t that a former of retaliation and abuse. 
Need an attorney!
