Apartment Rental office is asking $750 for bed bug extermination

My rental office is charging me 750 dollars for bed bug extermination. I moved in this place 3 months ago and I complaint last month about bed bugs and now they want to exterminate it and asking me to pay 750 dollars. It’s not my fault. Why should I pay. Can some one help me on what should i do about this?
