Hi Rachel! When it comes to bed bug treatment the one responsible to pay for it is the landlord that is unless proven and determined that you brought the bed bugs inside the rental unit. If determined that the bed bugs are inside the apartment even before you moved in then it is your landlord’s responsibility. If he refuse to pay for the treatment then you can file a complaint against your landlord with the RPA.
