Bed bugs and an eviction
By Abby
Is it legal to be eviucted because bed bugs were found? Last summer my neighbors reported to the landlord a bed bug issue. The landlord did nothing. Just gave us spray and practically told us to solve the issue ourselves. Now hes evicted my family because of bed bugs. This is a nationwide problem with bed bugs. In factr last summer the empire state building was infested. So is it a legal reason to evict a person when the landlord was aware of the situation many many months ago?
