bedbugs

i want to breech my lease because the apartment building is infested with bed bugs. I found full grown adult bed bugs in my dining room near the heater the second day i moved in. i have been complaining to managment, they send up terminex to exterminate, which really does nothing. i have been bitten over a 100 times. i just got rid of all my furniture, spent hundreds of dollars to launder my clothes, at this point, i just want to get out.
