breaking my lease

By smelly

hi, im mentally disabled and my psychiatrist put in writing its medically necessay for me to move asap due to my mental illness. plus, i read somewhere online that if a mentally disabled tenant doesnt feel safe in their own dwelling, they can break their lease. one more thing, i also read where a judge doesnt like a landlord who takes advantage of a mentally disabled tenant. thanks for all your help!
