Broken Septic Tank

Hugo Gimenez owns a new Restaurant where the Greeks corner was at fireweed and C st. I’m a renter in the immediate area. I saw him drive a big truck through the back yard of the House behind the restaurant.  

  I guess Hugo didnt think he had a septic tank in the back yard of the house .Needless to say a big sink hole suddenly appeared in the back yard from a crushed septic tank. He just filled in the hole. He’s gonna use the back yard of the house for a parking lot for his Restaurant "The Grapeleaf restaurant and Cafe" ooh, I hope he’s gonna use filter the water in the restaurant. Is there some office for the city to report this too? The house is 2501 Eide St
