bugs in my complex

I have lived in a Condo in Atlanta GA that I own for the past 2 1/2 years. About 7 months ago the owners rented many of the units out due to the inabliity to see the units. Since my new neighbors have moved in I noticed bugs in my unit. I took it apon myself to contract a pest control company to come out and spray my unit. I contact the poperty management office and let them know of the problem that I was having. Over the next several months they claim that they come out and spray the unit which they believe the bugs comes from. I am still having a problem with the bugs and unsure of what else I can do to get ride of them. My pest control compay informs me that there is very little that they can do because my unit is not the source of the problem. Please help with any suggestions for me to get rid of these bugs.
