can a tenant store 5 winter tires in the back porch of her appartment ?

may tenant asked to store the 5 winter tires of her suv in our garage – we told her it weill be for a few weeks only becasue we will have the roof of the garage redonne during summer.

Now, , we asked her to remove the tires. 
She called me enad she told me that she is going to store the tires in her  appartment . I would like to know if she has the right to do so.
