landlady afraid to evict neighbors who steal from me, my word AGAINST THEIRS, Have assaulted me, my word AGAINST THEIRS, ANOTHER NEIGHBOR GOT HIS 350/MNTH LOWERED to 150 BY COMPLainING HIS ss check is 600/mth, he lied, it was 750 at the the time, my ss check is 565/mth, can i get her to equal my rent to his- his check is 200/mth more than mine   i keep paying her fixit people for repairs and they quit working soon aftetr
