Hi. Regarding the lease, you can renew the lease by yourself as far as i know. But you need to talk to your boyfriend regarding him moving out. Because the contract will be out with your personal issues. Just wait for ten days until you can renew for the lease and talk to your boyfriend that he needs to move out since the lease will be renewed under one person only in the apartment. 😀 |

If your ex is abusing you then you can report him to the police if you want. Also about the lease yes it can be renewed with just one person, you can inform your landlord that you want to stay but want the apartment alone. Then inform your ex about. |
