Can I stay longer than 30 days

Need I’m 50yr disabled help my landlord gave me eviction notice after 8 yrs. Shes going through divorce. She is renting a nicer home than this one now for 300. I pay 300.It doesn’t make since it breaks even she doesn’t care for me. I had been behind on rent when went on disability but she worked with me and caught up. I have had to fix most of things that have need fixed because it’s actually taken then yrs to fix a sinking toilet faulty wiring (still have some) also have leaky ceiling and front porch falling apart they said 6 yrs ago they’d fix .Is there anyway I can stay here longer than 30 days I need time to find somewhere to live. I need to move to another town this one is small and she told the only other landlords that Iv’e been behind o rent HELP ME ASAP  THANKS
