Controlling Landloard

By Felecia Bunnell

I am in Utah and my Landloard is very controlling. I know I should have read the entire contract but beng a friend of the family I felt it wasnt necessary.  She put in the contract that she may enter the property and any time she pleases and witout any notice. She also turned of my A/C 2 days ago and our outside temp’s have been in the 90’s. When I moved in she told me that I cannot have the A/C lower than 78 degrees (Utilities are includedin the rent), she told me I have to keep my fron window blinds closed and that I cannot run the ceiling fans when I am not at home. This just doesn’t seem right or legal.
