Dangerous roof leak
By
My apartment roof is leaking, leaked into my television, my xbox, and all into the carpet. There is leakage in the walls. If I wasnt at home this week, there could have been serious damage, even electrical fire. Can I be reimbursed even though I dont have renters insurance?
