Use deposit for last months rent…

By

I want to live my deposit but my landlord doesn’t want me to stay that because he wants his rent.

I have one word: What?!
If you are saying you want to live out the last month of your contract without paying rent, that is wrong. Your security deposit is exactly what it says it is… a security that you will leave the property in the same condition you rented it in. You’re out of you mind to think you can apply your deposit towards your last months rent. That would be unfair to your landlord.
