my property manager at a housing complex in Delaware gave me eviction notice saying i threatened and offensive touched another housing property manager of another complex area..I talked to her district manager and they sent a letter that they null and vioded the eviction..a week later,my property manager sent another eviction notice for the same thing…can she do that? and can i file something against her? i just moved in the house 2months ago..when I first moved in, the maintanace man said he wasnt going to fix certain things,i never got a 30day inspection that i complained about, and my property manager gave out my personal information to the other property manager..please help my house is at steak..heres my number 3025886056…theresa
